(3) Various data is logged about use of our site, the storage of which is used exclusively for internal system-related and for statistical purposes. The data is necessary for the management of site statistics as well as the anonymous data for the online test.

(4) We have taken a number of security measures to protect personal information to a reasonable and adequate extent. Our databases are protected by physical and technical measures as well as procedural measures that restrict access to the information to specially authorized persons in accordance with this privacy policy. Our information system is protected by a software firewall to prevent access from other networks that are connected to the Internet. Only employees, who need the information to perform a specific task, have access to the personal information. Our employees have received training regarding our security and privacy practices.

(5) Your data is submitted to the Förderverein für Jugend und Sozialarbeit e.V., Marchlewskistr. 27, 10243 Berlin (website operator). The data will be hosted by Helliwood media & education as part of the Förderverein für Jugend und Sozialarbeit e.V. For scientific research purposes and for the further development of our offer, you hereby allow us to process the private data described above. Any publication of this private data by us shall only take place in anonymized form.

(6) A transfer of private data to third parties by us shall occurs only in the case of a legal obligation.

(7) Upon request we shall provide at any time information about the private data collected, processed or used. Please send any such request to the Förderverein für Jugend und Sozialarbeit e.V. by email. You also have the right to correction, blocking or deletion of your data stored by us. Any such requests must also be sent to the above-indicated email address.
